Your money is 100% safe with us. You may request for a refund within 3 days from the received date of parcel. Original product and order invoice must be presented for refund.
Foods Arena reserves the rights to reject any refund request that do not fulfill the requirement for refund. foodsarena.xyz also reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
Please submit a refund Request to us through email to support@foodsarena.xyz stating the reason of refund with support photos if applicable. We will evaluate on your request and reply within 3 working days.
If you are worried that this will violate the 3-days return policy, please be assured that your return request will stay valid as long as it was submitted within the 3 days period.
Refunds can be issued for below reason-
- If we are unable to deliver the ordered item/s.
- If we are unable to provide replacement/exchange.
- If we delivered wrong item and unable to exchange with right one.
- If we delivered any expired product and unable to exchange with valid one.
👉 You can get full, partial or not refund based on the condition of return package.
👉 Most refunds are processed within 7-12 working days after we received the return parcel. (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks).
👉 If you pay us through any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket, nagad), then your money will be refunded in same account within 5-7 working days.
