• ✱ If your selected item is still available, we will call you within 48 hours (2 working days) to confirm the order.
• ✱ If you do not get any call from us within 48 hours, please consider that the items are out of stock.
• ✱ Any vacuum sealed item cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned after tear up the vacuum pack unless you received damaged products. No complaint will not be entertained after our delivery person leaves your home / office / delivery address.
• ✱ We are selling online only and don’t have any shop. If any customer want to pickup parcel from us, he/she must need to contact us to know about the nearest pickup point from his/her loation.
• ✱ We send parcel using Pathao/Redex courier services with Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. If any customer want to take the parcel using other courier service (like – Sundarban, SA Paribahan etc.), customer have to pay full payment in advance where conditional delivery is not applicable.
• ✱ If any customer want to order from outside Dhaka city, He/She must need to pay delivery charge in advance.
• ✱ For wholesale order, delivery charge will depends on order quantity and you must need to pay 20% payment (from total bill) in advance.
• ✱ We deliver parcel within 2-3 days in Dhaka city and 3-4 days to across Bangladesh. Due to different reason like – occasional heavy traffic, courier complexity, transport strike and any other national emergency situation, delivery process can be taken more time.
